New Covenant Fellowship is located at 8624 Phoenix Drive in Manassas, Virginia, just off of Rt 28. From Rt 28 turn onto Phoenix Drive (at the IHOP Resturant) and make the left into our lot just past the auto dealership. We are in the far side of the warehouse.
